Charles E. “Ted” Reed and his brother George entered the construction business in 1921. In 1933 he was ready to broaden his range with a move into the road oil business. After WWII current president and chairman of the board, Gerald R. “Gerry” Graham, joined Ted Reed in this venture. Then in 1947 the company began Asphalt Production. Soon after, they decided to incorporate due to rapid growth. As time went on Reed & Graham Inc. proved itself to be pioneers in the industry introducing environmental technologies for spent asphalt products. Today Reed & Graham Inc. continues to move towards the future with new and creative methods of production, recycling and QC/QA testing.
